On the topic of reverse racism, here's an interesting article. Its under my website b/c I had saved it to my hard drive and the old link is no longer accessible, but it is from a valid publication.
While all of the message is certainly not defensible, I think the main idea behind it that we can learn from is that all people do experience different things...but about those different things they may encounter the same feelings, regardless of race, gender, creed, or whatever the case may be.
