I was reading chapter 3 and the one thing that really struck me as true was the part about the photography and that it can be extremely influential because it is of things and people that we are unfamiliar with or don't know entirely. It can be very misleading to see things, especially in the newspaper that have an image that could be taken in several different ways that involves race or possible racism. Something to think about when we read the paper.
