Hello, I am Ramon Suarez a junior here at TCNJ. I am a History major and a Professional Writing minor. Issues involving race and gender in today's world have always fascinated me not only as a student but also as a person of color. I look foward to discussing how the media influences my own perception of the diverse and changing face of American society. Beacuse issues dealing with race and gender were never seriously discussed in any of my past History classes, I hope that this course can provide an added perspective that I have been lacking for some time.
