Chrisha Hall. I am a Sophomore Journalism major and I love to write. My expectations for this class are to learn more about the media, which is the career that I wish to pursue. I am a little worried, because everything happens so much and so fast, like when you get all the syllabi for every class its like, "How I am ever going to do all this in one semester?" But then I remember to breathe, and Im usually OK! I get flustered very easily, and to tell the truth a lot of this stuff is very new to me, but I'll get the hang of it. Anyway, Im from Hamilton, New Jersey (about 15 mins off campus). I have had plenty of experience with race related issues due to the area that I live in (my high school had a pretty mixed crowd of people) so I think I will be able to contribute to a lot of the discussions.
