Memo of Guidelines
To avoid future discrepancies and arguments dealing with sponsors, the
following guidelines are suggested.
 | A task force will be implemented to look for future funding of TCNJ events. |
| This task force will get background information and standpoints from each |
perspective sponsor.
| A proposal will be made in a college wide announcement on who the |
sponsor will be, which event will take place, what this event seeks to
accomplish, and whom it will benefit.
| All will be encouraged to participate and bring their opinions and |
views to attention.
| A separate council will listen to all sides and make a decision to |
compromise and accommodate all needs and requests.
Basically the college wants to let all students know of potential sponsors
and future plans, so that we can gain input and learn about problems before
they occur. This way, we can respond and take appropriate action.
